This is the official discussion thread for the cause Surfing for Autism. Its EIN is 80-0822952 and it's a public charity based in Kitty Hawk, NC. Research more info about the cause on GuideStar and Charity Navigator.

We offer those impacted by Autism Spectrum Disorder opportunities to experience the therapeutic benefits of surfing.

Surfing for Autism is close to my heart.  When I discovered both of my sons were on the Autism Spectrum this yearly event brought smiles, joy, and confidence to their lives.  This organization is fantastic.  The families do not pay for this event and it is an amazing experience to be part of surrounded by families, volunteers, and a whole lot of fun!
